I am a Creative Director, specializing in brand projection, storytelling and innovative content development, honed by 20+ years’ experience in both editorial and retail environments. My specialty is evolving brands’ images with bold innovation and taking ideas from concept to next-level fruition.
My career began in the early ‘90s as a curatorial director in NYC’s prestigious 57th Street art gallery scene. From there, I moved into fashion forecasting and runway photography, followed by a decade in magazine art direction and redesign. In the early 2000s, I was recruited by Victoria´s Secret as an art director in their newly established editorial concept department. My mission was to define a new generation of SEXY with a modern perspective, an editorial face and revenue-generating content.
I eventually became the Creative Director of Ideation and Strategy, leading a team of designers to move the VS Brand forward. I have also consulted for design studios, boutique brands, agencies and entrepreneurs on campaigns, rebranding, websites and image elevation.
I will always maintain my New York perspective, but now, after two decades of living and traveling abroad, I bring a multicultural global vision to my clients. Travel is a passion, I’ve visited 56 countries (and counting). I currently divide my time between New York, Dubai and Barcelona (I speak fluent Spanish). Previous residences include India, a tiny Caribbean island and I even spent two years living out of a medium-sized suitcase while traveling in Asia.
